SAAMS Realty is a black family owned and operated company. Although officially established in 2023, this has been a passion of the owners, Saadiq and Myrna, for years. With Myrna's incredible ability to envision the project and design the space and Saadiq's strong project management skills, these two have proven to be a dream team.

We base the rental price off of the market value of each property's location. This way, the families know what to expect and this allows us to make sure the rent is always affordable.
